What the site is
Innlantern is an independent travel guide run by Axel Silipo (Norway). It gives information about hotels, areas and travel in Cairo, Luxor and Aswan. It is not a hotel, a travel agency or a booking service, and it is not affiliated with the hotels it describes unless a page says so.
Information, not advice
We work to keep facts correct and dated, but scores, prices, timetables, entry fees and rules change, sometimes without notice. Check important details with the hotel, the transport company or an official source before you travel. Travel advice from your own government comes first.
Bookings
When you click a booking button you leave Innlantern. Your booking is a contract between you, the booking site and the hotel, under their terms. Innlantern is not a party to it and cannot change, cancel or refund bookings.

The texts and the illustrations of Innlantern are ours; you may quote short passages with a link to the page. Photos of the area come from Wikimedia Commons under the licences shown with each photo. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors. Hotel names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the hotels.
