Why stay here
- Wi-Fi with a perfect scoreFree Wi-Fi scores 10 on Booking.com, the best Wi-Fi score of the Giza hotels in this guide. If you need to work or upload photos, that matters in an area where Wi-Fi is often the weak point.
- Close to the plateauThe listing gives about 1.2 km to the Sphinx, and location scores 8.8. That is close enough for an early taxi ride of a few minutes to the plateau, and a walk for those who do not mind busy streets.
- A rate with a lot includedWhen we checked, the lowest rate was around €84 a night for two in mid-January 2027 and included buffet breakfast, a one-way airport transfer, parking, early check-in and free cancellation, with no card needed. Prices change, so check your own dates and what your rate includes.
- Pets are welcomePets are allowed at no charge, which is rare among the hotels in this guide. Staff is the best sub-score at 9.2, and the overall score is 8.4 on Booking.com from 297 reviews (checked 12 Oct 2026).
Good to know before you book
- Lower scores than its neighboursAt 8.4 overall, with facilities at 8.4 and cleanliness at 8.5, it scores below several smaller inns near the Sphinx that cost less. You are paying partly for the boutique style and the inclusions in the rate.
- Tight check-in and early check-outCheck-in is listed from 12:00 to 14:00 only, and check-out by 10:00. If you land in the evening, tell the hotel your arrival time well in advance; the early check-in in our rate helps with morning arrivals.
- No extra bedsCots are available on request, but there are no extra beds. The largest room is the superior triple, so a family of four needs two rooms.
- Cash at the propertyBooking.com lists cash as the payment method at the hotel. Bring Egyptian pounds; see money, tipping and haggling.

Rooms
There are five room types, all doubles or a triple. The deluxe double comes with one or two beds, and there is a deluxe double with city view and a superior double with city view. The one that stands out is the superior double with terrace, the room to pick if you want your own outdoor space.
For three people there is the superior triple. The hotel's rooftop restaurant and terrace are open to all guests, so you do not need a special room type to see the area from above. Breakfast is a buffet.

Getting there and around
From Cairo International Airport
Giza is on the far side of the city from the main airport, roughly an hour to an hour and a half by road depending on traffic. The rate we saw included a one-way airport transfer. Our guide to getting from Cairo airport to your hotel covers the other options.
From Sphinx International Airport
Sphinx airport, west of Giza on the Cairo–Alexandria desert road, is usually a much shorter drive. Ask the hotel whether its transfer covers this airport.
To the sights
The Sphinx is about 1.2 km away. For the main entrance to the plateau, ask for the visitor centre on the Cairo–Fayoum road. The Grand Egyptian Museum is a short drive, and Saqqara and Dahshur are closer from here than from central Cairo.
How it compares
